Falcon was founded in January 2009 by Michael Perotti, formerly Chief Investment Officer of Union Bancaire Privee (UBP) London. UBP was one of the largest allocators to hedge funds with more than $53bn invested at the end of 2007. Falcon is a solutions based provider in alternative strategies for family offices and insurance companies which to date include uncorrelated alpha as well as strategic credit.

Their Uncorrelated Alpha Strategies seek to provide an idiosyncratic alpha rich return, and has an award winning track record of seven years of alpha creation with consistent returns and very low volatility or correlation to major asset classes. This strategy is implemented via allocations to a diversified portfolio of around 25 external managers each implementing differentiated alpha seeking hedge fund strategies across asset classes and geographical regions (35% US 40% Europe 25% Asia).
