Stephen Oxley
Stephen Oxley joined Southern Right Capital as a Senior Advisor in 2024. Formerly he was a Managing Director in PGIM’s Institutional Relationship Group (IRG). Based in London, he was responsible for managing chief investment officer relationships and other larger institutional clients in continental Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Oxley has more than 30 years of investment management experience with institutional investors. Prior to joining PGIM, he was vice chairman and partner at PAAMCO Prisma, overseeing client relationships and solutions in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that Mr. Oxley was a senior investment consultant at Watson Wyatt, where he provided investment advice to large pension fund clients and was head of the hedge fund research team.
In 2012, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Hedge Funds Review in recognition of his long-standing service to and championship of the global Fund of Hedge Funds industry.
Mr. Oxley has completed investment management and professional services programs at London Business School and Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. degree from the Open University. In addition, he holds the Investment Management Certificate.
